Contract Formation No contract shall subsist between you and here4IT.com.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until here4IT.com.co.uk accepts your order by sending you a VAT invoice. Here4IT.com specialises in selling to business consumers and reserves the right to refuse orders it deems to be of large quantity or placed by resellers. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time here4IT.com.co.uk sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.

here4IT.com offer a range of payment options:
Account facility - Corporate Business Customers can open a 30-day FREE credit account (order now, pay in 30 days - subject to approval). A VAT invoice will be emailed to you after the dispatch of your order.
Credit/debit cards - we accept Visa (incl. Delta), MasterCard, Switch (incl. Solo). We recommend that you submit your credit card information using the secure "Online" option for immediate processing.
Cheque – Place your order via our sales desk (08452 572612, we will hold your order until your cheque has been processed.

Pricing "List Price" - any "list price" used on this Site represents the manufacturers' suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.
"Our Price" - despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item's correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our quoted price, here4IT.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honor the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience.
You "Save" - all references to your "savings" on this Site are based on your average savings relative to the "list price" excluding the VAT calculation.

Price Promise If, within 7 days of your purchase from here4IT.com, you find a UK based internet trading competitor offering a lower price on a product of the same brand and model, we will credit your account with the difference. Fax us on 08450 346416 with a copy of the quotation/advert verifying the lower price.
Exclusions:
• Products that are not new and immediately available
• Special promotions, bonus or free offers that are not considered to be "everyday prices"
• Prices based on typographical errors
• Products with special financing terms
• Not a like for like comparison: e.g. product, pack size, free next business day delivery, etc.

We only use one two National Carrier Companies all of whom require a signature on delivery, therefore we will be unable to complete a delivery without said signature. We will endeavor to deliver your order during normal working hours within 1 business day from receipt of the order if we receive your order before 5pm. If your order is received after 5pm, we will endeavor to deliver the order within normal working hours within 2 business days. Orders received on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on Tuesday. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, no delivery charge will be made for back ordered items. Should you wish to cancel your order if you would rather not wait please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order acknowledgement.

We deliver to all of Mainland UK, at our standard rate, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly are subject to additional charges and these will be confirmed by calling 084520572608. NB - A limited number of remote postcodes are subject to an additional delivery charge.

Exclusions: Some items such as furniture, electrical or special orders may have a longer delivery lead-time as detailed alongside the product description. Due to health and safety reasons, furniture is unable to be delivered to premises above the first floor where no lift access is available.

A nominal delivery charge of £8.50 excluding vat (our standard delivery charge) will be made on all orders over £60.00 excluding vat. Small orders of less than £60.00 excluding vat will carry a minimum delivery charge of £14.99 excluding vat.

Shortages All shortages need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns If you are not satisfied, or your item is damaged, simply e-mail us or call us on 084520572608 within 7 days. Some items are non returnable and are detailed on our website. On the occasions when we have fulfilled the order as requested and you subsequently wish to return them, a credit of 80% of the price paid will be raised within 7 days of return. All returns need to be packaged in the original packaging (including all paperwork, manuals and component parts).Products need to be in an unused condition unless they are defective or damaged on receipt.

Shortages All shortages need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
